By accessing or using the website at folsommasonry.com (the "Site") or by engagingFolsom Concrete & Masonry to perform masonry or concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Folsom Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services to residential and commercial property owners in Folsom, CA and the surrounding region. Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work. The specific scope of any individual project is defined by a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
All estimates provided by Folsom Concrete & Masonry are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
An estimate is not a guaranteed fixed price unless it is presented as a written fixed-price contract signed by both parties. Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer after an estimate has been accepted may result in additional costs. Any change orders will be documented in writing and require customer approval before the additional work is performed.
Unforeseen site conditions discovered during work - such as hidden structural damage, subsurface obstructions, or conditions not visible during the initial assessment - may affect the final cost. We will notify you promptly if such conditions arise and will not proceed with additional work without your authorization.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and permit timelines. We make every reasonable effort to begin work on or near the scheduled start date. Scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.
If you need to postpone or cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. The amount of any such fee will be specified in your written estimate or contract.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel work due to unsafe weather or site conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional cost to you.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or contract. For most residential projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified at the time of your estimate. Invoices not paid within the time period stated in your contract may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue balances.
If a project requires a permit, permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. Any increases in permit fees imposed by the governing authority after an estimate is issued will be passed through to the customer at cost.
Folsom Concrete & Masonry warrants that the work performed will be completed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the application, as specified in the project agreement. Any specific warranty terms for a given project will be stated in the written contract.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from: acts of nature, including earthquakes, flooding, or extreme weather events; customer misuse or neglect; work performed by other contractors after our work is completed; or normal wear and tear over time.

If a dispute arises between you and Folsom Concrete & Masonry relating to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be addressed directly and quickly when both parties communicate openly.
